Kevin is fantastic and always makes the experience that much better. I've never felt pressured by him and always felt like he's willing to go the 'extra mile' to ensure we're happy. I'm big on customer service and really appreciate the kind of people who go out of their way to ensure they're offering the best. The service department (detailing, especially) have always been so good to us and our cars. So much so that we drive up from Cambridge every time it's possible just for oil changes because I MUCH prefer their service over Cambridge Hyundai. All in all very pleased with this dealership and, more than anything else, the people there. View Less

I can honestly say after my experience at Kitchener Hyundai, I was feeling a little discouraged about finding the right car at the right price. However, when you started explaining the car in detail and took the time to go through all the pricing options with me I was very happy. At the end of my first appointment with you, I was already very excited and eager to get the car. After talking with my dad we both agreed that I definitely made the right decision choosing to go with you and Schlueter Hyundai!

My parents were both extremely impressed with you and the way you included my dad in all the decisions but still kept it all about me. My dad was pleased that you explained everything and were willing to take the time to go over the features of the car with me. I was also very grateful that you took the time to go over everything before sending me on my way with my brand new car. I am overall, extremely happy and impressed with you and with the car! I will also note, Shestin was great! She was really understanding and helpful in explaining the leasing process and how to deal with the financial aspect of the car. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable before asking me to sign anything.

I will fill the survey out as soon as I receive it as I would recommend you, and Schlueter Hyundai to anyone I know looking for a car. It truly was a great experience and I am more than happy with the outcome. The test drive was one of the best test drive experiences my husband and I ever had! We were and continue to extremely thankful for coming across such great, approachable, and knowledgeable sales consultant (Shane Green) and finance manager (David Barnes).

We are a young couple who has never owned a car. When we first walked in into the dealership, we just knew we needed a car. Although we knew we wanted to purchase a small(er) car, we had not decided on the exact model, year, etc. In fact, at that point in time, we weren’t even settled on the exact make; we were still shopping around. Right from the very beginning, Shane did an awesome job in answering all our questions, showing and discussing with us the different options, and asking the right questions for him to find out more about what we truly needed in a car, and for us to better understand our needs, desires, and realistic possibilities. We were sure we wanted to get a Hyundai from that specific dealership with that specific sales consultant (Shane) right after our first visit. Although we still shopped around a bit to make sure we exhausted all the possibilities out there, we came back within a week or so with new questions, even more excitement, and ready to complete and sign all the paperwork required to get our new car. Throughout the entire process, Shane has been amazing at walking us through all the details of purchasing a new car, and what owning such a vehicle really involves. We received our vehicle about eight weeks later, which was exactly within the time frame given to us from the beginning. The sacrifice of waiting for our new car was definitely worth it! Similarly, Dave did a great job at explaining all the financial terms and options, including extended warranty and even answering questions related to general car insurance. He made the complicated world of finance terms and the scary thought of financing such a big purchase very manageable and stress-free. His explanations were always very complete, and easy to follow and understand. We definitely feel like we learned a lot by talking to Dave!

We just couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and our final purchase. We absolutely love our new car, and enjoy the peace of mind that the extended warranty we purchased with our new vehicle provides us.

We would definitely come back for a second vehicle when the time comes.

In mid-July I came to your dealership to do some research on buying a new vehicle. I was met in your parking lot by one of your sales consultants, Shane Green. Since it’s quite common to run into an obnoxious car salesman who only wants to get your signature and commission as fast as possible, I wasn’’t looking forward to being pushed around. Shane proved to be a wonderful exception to that cliché. I left that day with a lot of information on the vehicle that would best suit me, the Hyundai Elantra. He understood that this was not an easy purchase for me and he wanted to make sure I was making the right choice.
