Building on 2017's Campaign

This weekend Hyundai released a teaser of their upcoming Super Bowl 2018 commercial and hints that they will build upon last year’s campaign, only making it even bigger this year.  The teaser says that this year they will surprise millions of heros.

“Last year, we hit an emotional chord with audiences as we provided three heroes with an unforgettable experience and helped reunite them with their families,” said Dean Evans, CMO, Hyundai Motor America, in a release. “For this year, we thought, let’s do something bigger and celebrate millions of heroes who have helped a very important cause.”

Last year’s Super Bowl was the 3rd most watched TV broadcast in US history, drawing 111.9 million viewers.  That number jumped to 117.5 million during Lady Gag’s halftime show.

This year Justine Timberlake will headline the halftime performance with P!nk slated to perform the National Anthem
