Steps we are taking to address the COVID-19 Outbreak

As the situation in Ontario continues to change day-to-day, here at Schlueter Hyundai we are also working hard to do our part to contain the COVID-19 outbreak.  

As our service department is the area of our dealership that sees the most traffic we are implementing some new steps to ensure we are complying with the social distancing recommendations.  

This means that as of Wednesday March 18th we are temporarily suspending our customer shuttle service.  We understand this is an inconvenience however we feel it is in the best interest of both our customers and drivers.  If you are unable to find transportation to the dealership please let us know and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for you. 

We are also offering customer the option to drop their vehicles off for service without having to come inside the dealership.  This new process will help reduce the number of people inside the building and better protect our customers and front-line staff.

The drop-off process: 

  1. Fill out the drop off envelope (you can download the form here and fill one out ahead of time or get one from our drop box when you arrive). 
  2. Place your keys (and your form if you printed and filled out ahead of time) inside the envelope and put into our secure drop-box located the left of the main service department door under the canopy.  
  3. If we need any clarification we will follow-up with you by phone or text.  
  4. As always if we feel any extra work is required we will always contact you for authorization before proceeding.  
  5. When repairs are complete we will let you know and follow up to process your payment over the phone and arrange details for your vehicle pickup.
